“I can’t figure out how to (…).”
If the docs suggest something should be possible but the path is unclear, open a discussion in the project forum and ask the full question directly.
There is no need to ask for permission to ask, and there is no need to wait for someone to respond to a “hello” first. Asking the complete question gives other people enough context to help.
“Could there be a bug?”
If something is not behaving the way the docs describe, search the open issues and discussions first. If you do not find anything relevant, create a new issue.
